Villa on the Water is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Eagle Pointe. This peaceful subdivision is just off the 192.
	Enjoy beautiful views of the lake from your private screened in pool. The pool is south facing so it receives sunlight from 10 a.m. to sunset. The lake is teeming with wildlife, all kinds of birds all year long. Fishing is allowed in the lake.
Beautiful, fully air conditioned home with an open floor plan. Relax after a tough day at the parks watching TV with our new 42” LCD TV or enjoy the water view from the living room, too. Free wifi and long distance/international calls.
	Villa on The Water has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We have televisions in 3 of the 4 bedrooms.
For your enjoyment, we also have a games room that includes a pool table, foosball, and ping pong table.
